Accessing/visiting this website by you is subject to the Terms and Conditions of use, and implies your explicit acceptance of these and constitutes the agreement between the parties.
1.1. Definitions
Company – The company means the owner of the website and the company named Land Rover Yard SRL registered at the Trade Registry using the Unique Identification Code (CUI) 37069779 and having its registered office in Romania, Roman city, Neamț County, Tirului street no. 4, NT80 Warehouse, Unisem SA premises, Hall c2.
User – The user is any person who accesses any of the company’s web pages on the website https://lryard.ro/ and who places an order or whose visit is informational.
Consumer/Buyer – Consumers or buyers are natural or legal persons who order through https://lryard.ro/ a product or service. Also, the term consumers/buyers applies to those who place an order by phone, email, or any other contact method, both for goods and products present on any page of the site, and for custom orders.
Website – The website is the present page https://lryard.ro/ with all its categories, subcategories, and sections.
Order/Sale – The order/sale process represents the request for reservation and/or the fulfillment of a transaction regarding the purchase of a product or service for delivery by the company to the consumer.
Sale – The sale process represents the actual allocation of goods and/or services by the company to a natural or legal person called “Consumer.”
Product – Any good marketed or made available to clients and potential consumers.
Contract – The legal form by which proof of purchase of goods and/or services is made by the consumer.
Payment – The transfer of sums to the supplier (Land Rover Yard) by any form made available by the consumer as a result of the services provided or ordered goods.
Return – The possibility for any client/consumer to return the products received following an order.
Delivery – The transfer of products from the company to the consumer by available means.
Warranty – The period during which the consumer may request the company to repair the purchased part through the website or replace it depending on the situation, including resolution of issues arising from installation and repair services.
1.2. Conditions of Use
S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. guarantees the user limited access, for personal interest (placing online orders, information, etc.), on the site lryard.ro and does not grant the right to download or partially or fully modify the site, reproduce it partially or entirely, copy, sell/resell, or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or without prior written consent.
The entire content of the site lryard.ro – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, emails, scripts, programs, and other data – is the property of S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L and its suppliers and is protected by the Law on copyright protection (Law no. 8/1996) and laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. Unauthorized use of any of the elements listed above is punishable by law.
The domain lryard.ro is owned by S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. The use of this brand, its domain, trade names, logos, and emblems, directly or “hidden” (such as but not limited to meta tags or other indexing/search techniques) without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable by law.
Products presented on lryard.ro are sold by S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. Product prices may change at any time. Check the final sale price before purchasing a product.
1.3. Legal Framework
The relationship between the parties is governed by the following legal acts:
- Government Emergency Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection;
- Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals;
- Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices towards consumers and harmonizing regulations with EU consumer protection law;
- Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce;
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data;
- Law no. 190/2018 on the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
2. Marketing of Products and Services
Marketing of products and services on lryard.ro is carried out under the following conditions.
2.1. Marketing of Products
Any natural or legal person can order one or more original, new, aftermarket, or second-hand auto parts (from dismantling) available in the auto parts catalog on lryard.ro. Consumers can take possession by picking up from the company headquarters in Roman city, Neamț County, or via the company’s own delivery or express courier service.
2.2. Marketing of Services
Land Rover Yard services including auto diagnosis, repair, maintenance, etc., are offered exclusively at the workshop located in Neamț County, Roman city, Tirului street no. 4. Services can be requested by prior appointment using the contact data available on lryard.ro in the “Service” section.
2.3. Prices and Stock
All available product stocks are displayed on lryard.ro pages and categories. Stock is updated every 24 hours and in 99.99% of cases, parts ordered on the site will be delivered immediately. We also offer the possibility to supply auto parts on request to clients who ask for this.
2.4. Sales Conditions
When a person adds one or more products to the shopping cart and completes the transaction by filling in the personal data form through which the order will be processed by Land Rover Yard staff and invoicing and delivery will be carried out, it is considered that the company has sold a product.
An order is considered complete when paid by the available payment methods. Products added to the cart but not paid for cannot be reserved, and the order is not considered finalized.
2.5. Delivery Conditions
Product or goods delivery is currently made exclusively to cities in Romania, except for services not included in this section, and can be done as follows:
- Free personal pickup at the company headquarters;
- Delivery by courier within 24-48 hours for products in stock from the order placement date via courier companies operating nationwide. The transport fee is 30 lei regardless of delivery location. For orders over 500 lei, delivery is free. The client should consider that delivery time may be extended in exceptional situations beyond the company’s control, e.g., during holidays and legal days off, natural disasters, Black Friday, or other force majeure events.
2.6. Cancellation/Return Policy
Orders placed on lryard.ro can be canceled until processing. Once the order is packaged and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests can be made by phone, email, or any other contact form available on the site.
Parts can be returned within 14 days from the invoicing date regardless of the reason. The company charges a 15% restocking fee on the value of parts returned after this period, and return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The client may return products within a total period of 90 days from invoice date.
Returns and warranty claims are resolved within 5-90 days. For return requests, the return form must be completed.
3. Warranty
Auto parts ordered by clients benefit from warranty as follows:
- Reusable / second-hand parts have a 12-month warranty;
- New aftermarket parts have a 12-month warranty;
- Original parts have a 24-month warranty.
Under warranty, defective parts within the warranty period are replaced or repaired within 15 days at no extra cost to the client except situations described in paragraph 3.1.
Warranty requests must be made by notification to the email garantii@lryard.ro attaching the following documents:
- Purchase invoice
- Diagnosis report before and after part installation (including chassis number, date, and mileage)
- Purchase invoice of parts
- Repair estimate from RAR-authorized service for the replaced part and service specifics
- Diagnosis report
- Standard warranty request form which can be completed here.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the client. If the part meets warranty conditions, transport costs will be reimbursed, and the part will be repaired/replaced at company expense.
Ordering the wrong part(s) or failure to provide correct identification information (e.g., chassis number) leads to a 15% fee on the part value representing restocking/packaging/handling costs.
Incorrect ordering of a part or multiple parts, as well as failure to provide correct identification information (for example, chassis number), will result in a retention fee of 15% of the part’s value representing restocking/packaging/handling fees.
(3.1) The following exceptions apply regarding warranty coverage:
- Failure to install the part in an authorized RAR (Romanian Vehicle Authority) service center in the area where the installation is performed, or using inappropriate tools and/or devices (which do not comply with the manufacturer’s work technology).
- Failure to provide all documents necessary for warranty approval by the client.
- Damage to the part caused by incorrect installation or by association with other worn, defective, or modified auto parts.
- Defects resulting from overloading the vehicle or improper maintenance (including service intervals) according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
- The part shows signs of impact, bends, breaks, deformations, etc.
- Use of the part for purposes or on vehicles other than those recommended by the manufacturer for installation.
- The part was installed on a vehicle whose intended use is not permitted by the manufacturer, or the vehicle was used improperly (e.g., exceeding permitted dimensions, sporting competitions, towing starts or with a robot, rallies, mechanical/technical modifications, etc.).
- Disassembly of a subassembly of parts (disassembled, taken apart), removal of markings applied by the seller, or damage to seals.
For products that meet warranty conditions after inspections performed by Land Rover Yard professionals, refunds will be made according to the customer’s preference, either by bank transfer to the account indicated on the warranty form or by cash on delivery via courier. In the case of orders with cash-on-delivery refunds via courier, it is mandatory that the shipment/part be sent with the “Package Inspection” option; the shipping cost will be fully borne by the customer. Failure to comply will result in refusal of the return.
Attention! The warranty covers the purchased part ONLY and does NOT cover labor costs or materials used for installation/removal of the part(s) or any other ancillary costs.
4. Copyright
By acknowledging the information in this section or by accessing the website, users agree to the “Copyright Policy,” which states:
- It is prohibited to process information from the website without citing the source from which it was taken.
- It is prohibited to trade, modify, reproduce, or present digitally or physically, or to appropriate the right of use for any element on the page without written consent from the company or its legal representatives.
- It is prohibited to use inappropriate or defamatory language towards the website owner or members of the Land Rover Yard group.

6. Force Majeure Conditions
If it is discovered that damage has been caused to the company’s image by the use of its name, the information present on the page, or its image, an attempt will be made to resolve the matter amicably. Otherwise, the competent authorities will be involved, and the damages will be fully borne by the responsible person.
We do not assume responsibility for potential cyberattacks that use the company’s name to cause harm to users. We recommend not providing personal data to unauthorized persons or those who cannot prove any affiliation (employees) with the commercial entity, and avoiding transactions on any pages other than https://lryard.ro/.
We are not liable for potential errors that may occur due to unforeseen calamities or accidents such as internet access failures, communication errors with servers, or with the domain managers of the website.
