A. If you are a customer of the website, S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. will process your personal data, such as:

S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and afterward, in accordance with the legal obligations of S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. (e.g., accounting records must be kept for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were issued).

If you choose to delete your account by clicking „delete account” in the „My account information” section, S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. will consider this as your choice to unsubscribe from commercial communications.
Thus, you will no longer receive promotional emails or SMS messages.

However, please note that deleting your account does not automatically mean that your personal data will be deleted.
If you wish for your personal data not to be processed or want it deleted, you can exercise your rights as detailed in point 6 below.

If you request the deletion of your account, but there is at least one active order associated with that account, the account deletion request can only be registered after the delivery of the products and the completion of the last active order.

LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting any processing carried out by S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. based on the consent you provided before its withdrawal.

7. Confidentiality of minors
S.C. LAND ROVER YARD S.R.L. does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.
